Health Club: All Natick Village residents and their guests (18 years or older) are welcome to use the health club. Our Health Club features state-of-the-art cardiovascular equipment including bikes, treadmills, elliptical trainers, and a stair master. A complete circuit of weight training equipment and free weights are complemented by an aerobics room. Men’s and Women’s locker rooms are equipped with showers for your convenience.
Health Club Hours (subject to change):
Monday - Wednesday: 9:00 AM to 9:00 PM
Tuesday - Thursday: 8:00 AM to 9:00 PM
Friday: 9:00 AM to 5:00 PM
Saturday - Sunday: 8:30 AM to 2:30 PM
Holidays/Snow: As announced
Accessing the Health Club: All residents must have a Natick Village ID in order to enjoy Natick Village amenities. To obtain an ID, tenants should visit the Natick Village Management Office with a copy of their current lease and a photo ID. Owners should visit the office with a photo ID. New owners; please bring “proof of purchase”
Facilities Include:
Full-strength training circuit and free weights
Aerobics room
Cardiovascular equipment (stair climber, treadmills, bikes)
Locker rooms with showers
Etiquette: Cell phones and music devices are allowed, but please use headphones and keep your voice at a normal level. For calls, please step outside to avoid disturbing others. During winter, we request that outdoor shoes not be worn on the equipment to prevent damage from sand and salt.
Guest Policy: Residents must accompany their guests at all times. Membership is free for residents, but guests pay a fee of $5.00. Enjoy free Health club access on Wednesdays!

Parking: To ensure a smooth parking experience at Natick Village, all residents’ vehicles must display a current parking tag on their vehicles. Each unit is allowed a maximum of two tags. For tenants, be aware that tags will only be issued to vehicles registered to persons named on the lease.
Obtaining Parking Tags:
To receive a parking tag, visit the management office with:
Vehicle registration
Current lease (for tenants) or proof of purchase (for owners)
Parking Guidelines:
Parking is prohibited in fire lanes; only vehicles with a handicapped license plate may use designated spaces. Violators may be ticketed or towed.
Residents who have a guest staying longer than three days must contact the office with a vehicle description and license plate number.
Note: Boats, trailers, and recreational vehicles are not permitted.
We offer 12 EV charging stations; with two stations located at each laundry room, charging $0.45 per kWh.
Vehicle Maintenance: Residents should arrange for emergency assistance for vehicle issues (e.g., jumpstarts, tire changes), as maintenance staff cannot provide this service. Vehicle maintenance activities like oil changes or car washes may result in rules violation notices.
Pool: Our expansive outdoor pool is open from Memorial Day to Labor Day.
Tennis Courts/Pickleball: Available from mid-April through the end of October (weather permitting) on a first-come, first-served basis during peak hours.
"Top-of-the-Hill": Residents can enjoy a large field and barbecue grills for relaxation and social gatherings.
