Locks/Exterior Doors Report any issues with locks or doors in common areas to the Management Office promptly. Avoid attempting repairs yourself and refrain from propping doors open.
Pest Control To address any pest concerns, please contact our management office. Our trusted team from Framingham/Walpole Pest Control visits twice a month. Please avoid self-treatment, as it can complicate matters for all residents.
Drain Issues For clogged drains, tenants should contact their landlord. Unit owners should call Rooter Man at 508-877-8344. Rooter Man will invoice Natick Village Condominium for common area issues.
